Capvis AG is the exclusive adviser to Capvis Equity II LP, Capvis Equity III LP, Capvis III Limmat LP, Capvis Equity IV LP, Capvis Equity V LP and Capvis Great Rock LP (the "Capvis Funds"; together with Capvis AG "Capvis"). Capvis assumes responsibility for the website (as defined hereinafter) in so far as compliance with Swiss laws and regulations is concerned.

Capvis, its officers, employees, affiliates and partners monitor and update the information on this Website.
